Resumés
When you submit registration information and/or your resume, your information and your resume are hosted on our internal servers. If you apply for a job or elect to register with Compass Recruiting at this website, Compass Recruiting and its trusted partners will be able to view your information and your resume, but no one else will be able to view them. Compass Recruiting requests your personal information at these collection points and maintains the information on their server which will be accessed by Compass Recruiting and its partners and it is up to Compass Recruiting’s discretion to disclose such information. Compass Recruiting believes that managing your career is a life-long process, and even after your information has been entered into the Compass Recruiting resume database, Compass Recruiting retains indefinitely all the information gathered about you in an effort to make your repeat use with Compass Recruiting more efficient, practical and relevant.
Compass Recruiting’s Use of the Information
We use the information we gather on the Compass Recruiting website for the purpose of fostering a positive user experience, delivering the services that we offer and, ultimately, to create sales opportunities. Passive Information Collection
Compass Recruiting uses persistent “cookies” to help personalize and maximize your online experience and time online. Compass Recruiting uses log files on JavaScriptTM to collect domain information, referral information, browser information, pages visited, content viewed, files downloaded, and time spent per page. This information is then forwarded to our outside vendor for analysis.
Compass Recruiting combines your personally identifiable information with passively collected information. For example, when a user registers for a relevant article under “News” on compass-recruiting.com, Compass Recruiting is able to determine who the user is (based on the user registration information) and where they came from (e.g. if the user clicked on a banner advertisement) and the specific article downloaded.

Texting and Emailing Applicants & Employees
We are pleased to offer you the ability to opt-in to receive text messages and emails from Compass Recruiting. If you elect to enroll to receive text messages and/or emails from Compass Recruiting, you will receive easy-to-check text messages and emails related to Compass Recruiting.
